I am mostly known for my programmes around human behaviour and creating positive working environments. I also have extensive experience of delivering sessions around equality and diversity, inclusion, harassment and discrimination. I have also developed video-based programmes that have now been viewed by nearly 100,000 people in 25 countries.
One of my programmes is Positive Safeguarding Cultures which focuses upon the ways in which organisations can create environments and workplace cultures where the risk of abuse taking place is reduced and the likelihood of people raising their concerns is increased. The programme is based upon my Pillars of Safeguarding model.
